This is what we call our "CAG Culture Statement" and it describes the environment we strive to create as team members. This applies to both physician and CRNA employees. We strive for a work atmosphere where we treat everyone from the housekeeping staff to our surgical team members to our patients with respect, dignity and compassion.

We provide a full-range of preoperative care for all ages of patients at multiple facilities. We enjoy working in hospitals and outpatient facilities and understand that by collaborating closely with these facilities we can advance the care for each patient.
